Can i reheat short grain rice?

Hi, I was hoping someone would know if it is safe and effective to reheat previously cooked short grain rice?

I am hoping to cook for a group of friends and don't want to poison them!

Hi they make fried rice from yesterdays cold boiled rice, you could do that.

hi, Rice can be re heated once without risk but only if cooled quickly and put in the fridge.
My advice is to cook it then run it under water till cold then straight into the fridge.

I wouldn't

if I were you - rice is one of the worst foods for salmonella. If you do reheat it, reheat it really really well!!
