As someone who hates cooking with a passion, I think the key is sticking to the simpleb yet nutritious dishes like:

Jacket Potatoes with various fillings
Pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes
Chicken Casear Salad
Omelette

Am looking for REALLY simple recipes that do not involve too many ingredients and are quick and easy to make.
These are wanted for a person recovering from a brain injury who needs to learn to cook in order to live independently.
Your help would be much appreciated

u can take few cereales(kellogs) and milk and dark chocolate

softed the both chocolate separed
add the cereales to the chocolate
with a spoon, make a small ball of the mix
keep on your fridge 1hour
and you can store all ball together inside a dish.

enjoy
