Gorgeous pepper sauce

this pepper sauce really is amazing!

* 100ml brandy
*1 tbsp cracked pepper
*300ml double cream
*3tbsp gravy granuales.

put the brandy and pepper into a frying pan and heat, once the brandy and pepper is at boiling point add the cream and stir.
just before serving add the gravy granuales to thicken the sauce more.

this sauce is great with pork chops and new potatoes.

hi there , cant wait to try ur pepper sauce can u tell me if u add the gravy granuels as power or do u melt with boiling water as if u were makin gravy?
