could you please help me,i keep buying cake and flan tins and dont have a clue what sizes i am getting .i am in the middle of making a baked egg custard (first time)and the recipes says flan tin 25cm what size is this in inches,i have got 2 new tins size 250mmx300mm i havnt a clue what size this is can you please help a thick head.
