Chocolate fountain

Have just bought a chocolate fountain, have never used one before. It will have its first use at my daughters 7th birthday party. Can anyone help with what chocolate i should use, what oil or cream etc is best? thanks

think my auntie got belgian chocolate but think you can use what u want. i think dont trust me on that 1 tho!!! its gorgeous with strawberries an pineapple cubes and marshmallows an grapes and things
