What about the bacon??

The Christmas Cabbage recipe looks interesting but no mention of the bacon, garlic and chilli in the instructions. Should they all be diced and add to the saucepan at the outset in layers or later in the cooking??

I'm sorry about the oversight with the Christmas Cabbage recipe. The bacon is now included in the instructions section. As for the garlic and chili, these can be added where the recipe says to "season".
