Table top halogen oven recepies

Hi all
We bought my mum a table top halogen oven for Christmas and she is wanting recepies, I have serched the net and can only find one If you have any tried and tested tip that would be a great help as the cooking time is not as long as a normal convection oven

I got one of these for Christmas and have the same problem. There are cookery books for convection ovens but am not sure if these have the same timings.
