Please help me! what do i do with leftover cake?

Hi New to all this. Just about to set up a new business in Luton selling cakes and crafts. We are bound to have left over cakes each day to start with and want to us them to make other cakes. Any ideas. I already make Bread pudding and choclate truffles from cake and bread. Any other ideas?
