Cooking with flavoured cider

I love marinating meats overnight - I was wondering if I use a flavoured cider such as Brothers (Toffee Apple flavour)

I find marinating a bit of hassle, as never seem to have enough time to do it properly, but if you are after pork and cider recipes, can I suggest, my pork apple & cider. 25 minutes and you are done!
