This week we made fudge and a couple different hot chocolate mixes. We had to sample each one of course....very naughty as we are doing these up as gifts for Christmas

I made Indian rise (Basmati) with vegees. Carrots, zucchini, onion, soia and curry.... Really amazing!!

Onion tart, cream of celery soup (which set me off and I had to make some tomato soup as well), and sausage and bean casserole. I love it when it starts getting colder!

I've done a big batch of soup for the freezer, with loads of veg from a friend's garden - carrot & coriander, tomato and basil and roasted veg so far... should see us through the autumn!
