I made coconut cupcakes this weekend, they were lovely, really moist.
Am going to try banana muffins next week, thanks to the thread below

This week we made fudge and a couple different hot chocolate mixes. We had to sample each one of course....very naughty as we are doing these up as gifts for Christmas

Would love to try the banana muffins that sounds excellent..i might have a banana food party next week cos I've just learned how to make a banana split. Found how to make from this website which i'd recommend to everyone

I made Indian rise (Basmati) with vegees.
Carrots, zucchini, onion, soia and curry....
Really amazing!!

I made a roast veg and couscous salad for office lunches, with feta and olives in and it kept us going until wednesday.

Onion tart, cream of celery soup (which set me off and I had to make some tomato soup as well), and sausage and bean casserole. I love it when it starts getting colder!

I've done a big batch of soup for the freezer, with loads of veg from a friend's garden - carrot & coriander, tomato and basil and roasted veg so far... should see us through the autumn!
