Hangover eating

You would think that by now, I'd be an expert on this, but no...

What is the best thing to eat, to healthily (or otherwise, but esp interested in real food options that do you good) cure and monster hangover? Actually, I guess the healthy eating mantras go out the window when you're feeling that bad.

My usual suggestions:

Very large glass of fresh OJ.

Lots of tea

Protein - chicken, fish but obv not to eveyrone's stomach in these

Filling things like pasts for energy

Whats your favourite/most effective hangover grub?

Bacon roll/sandwich (but roll is better) and a banana milkshake. Works every time!

If you can stomach it

... and I know it sounds a bit boring, but granary toast and honey with oj and banana has everything you need to get back on track... sugar in the honey, fibre and carbs in the toast, vit c in the oj and bananas are almost perfectly balanced foods.

But I always eat something greasy on top to settle my stomach!

Hangover cure

Personally I prefer not to get a hangover in the first place! I've discovered a great product called a Liver Balance Health Disk that you just wear before during and after drinking alcohol. It doesn't stop you getting drunk but it prevents a hangover or cures it if you forget to wear it until you're already suffering. You can get them online at Health-disk.com.
