Bloated stomach

After I've eaten a meal - and I'm not talking 6 courses here - my stomach looks and feels like I'm 7 months pregnant - is anyone else like this and what's the cause - honestly the meals I eat are nothing compared with what I see others eating.

I have exactly the same problem. Sometimes half a grapefruit only can make me look pregnant not to speak about meals. It bothers me greatly so I am hoping someone can offer some advice how to deal with this.

Haven't had any bloating myself but Jane (bigfatjane) said she found the same, I don't know if it's normal when you change your diet quite drastically? What sort of meals are on your plan? Mine are OK, the portions are fine, lots of veg and sometimes strange types of veg but OK so far, just done my graph and it's def going down! How about you? Are you in a group?
