Hi I am completely new to discussion boards so this may end up in some random place. I am off to LL meeting for start of a new journey of discovery on Tues eve. I have done it before however sadly just as I lost all my weight and wore size 10's for the first time ever and felt confident and energetic I met a man whom I fell for big time only he constantly confronted me about everything I ate even though I was healthy, hense I began to obsess about food, stopped going to maintainence and gained most (not all) of what I lost. Man now gone and weight soon to go. I am an emmotoinal eater and need to stop, this LL plan really works but only if you see it through. As for the cost yes it is hard but if i add up all my social drinks, snacks, meals etc I probably spend the same. Good luck to al those on LL and to those who are struggling go spoil yourself with a home manicure, facial, mess about with a new hair style and pamper yourself it stops boredom and gives you a boost, you are after all worth it x

If you read all the blogs about LL they are pretty much the same, Ive landed in Hosp, usual story lost 5 stone gained back 4, even with the maintenance,I am an emotional eater too, I got a personal trainer now, and if you ask your Doc that you want to see a Dietician they will send you. I got loads of attention when the weight came off, but in a way it doesnt help, because it makes you think about LL and nothing else. I lost a lot of Hair, and I had kidney and Gall stones, waiting now for Gall Bladder removal- I have just joined Bupa, even that is cheaper than LL at 45 quid a month. The personl trainer is 25 quid a week, I dont think LL is the answer, my husband loves me as I am, I think LL doesnt help, it masks eating problems, I have just come back from the dietician and as I said to him I need to re learn what to eat and how much, and my emotions- boxing is really amazing, save your money, LL had 2000 pounds of mine xx sharon
