An effective and healthy way to lose weight

I started a diet with naturhouse a few weeks ago.

I am seeing my dietician every weeks. She set up a dietary plan with me (mediterranean type diet, 5 meals a days), with the diet she gave me some supplements (from plants, vegetables or fruits extracts) that help me lose the weight.

The consultations are free I pay only for the supplements (about £30 per week, sometimes less. It is much cheaper than the current popular diets and its healthy. I am followed by a professional who know what she's talking about. She makes sure you don't put the weight back on once you reach your target weight.

After 2 weeks I lost 4lb...

Sorry, i dont mean to sound negative

i know u think this diet is the best thing since sliced bread, but r you sure?

i dont want to sound nasty because im not, but when you change your diet and start eating more healthy foods, without all the junk, you will start to loose weight.
what worries me about the dieticians like this that they put you on a eating plan they know you will loose wieght on, then tell you, you need things you don't so they can charge yo the earth.

please watch that your not being taken for a ride, i recently joined weight watchers it only cost me about £5 a week and in the first 2 weeks i lost 12lb and have lost around 3-4lb aweek since. also you get to make realy good friends and you get good advice, and people to support you.

im sorry for being blunt but have been down this road before, i stopped seeing the dietician, but carried on with diet i was given and lost 6 stone, ok 10 years later i put it back on but that was due to depression. all im saying is be carefull please.
