i know u think this diet is the best thing since sliced bread, but r you sure?
i dont want to sound nasty because im not, but when you change your diet and start eating more healthy foods, without all the junk, you will start to loose weight. what worries me about the dieticians like this that they put you on a eating plan they know you will loose wieght on, then tell you, you need things you don't so they can charge yo the earth.
please watch that your not being taken for a ride, i recently joined weight watchers it only cost me about £5 a week and in the first 2 weeks i lost 12lb and have lost around 3-4lb aweek since. also you get to make realy good friends and you get good advice, and people to support you.
im sorry for being blunt but have been down this road before, i stopped seeing the dietician, but carried on with diet i was given and lost 6 stone, ok 10 years later i put it back on but that was due to depression. all im saying is be carefull please.
