hello all im a newbie i would love to get some diet buddies
and all the help i can get i need to lose loads of weight and
i get really lazy most days and i really need motivation

i dont know where to start or how to exercise
i have weights and a cross trainer but can only do 15 mins on it and only burn 100 cals

i do weights and sit ups but they are hard too as i havent done no exercise since i was about 18 so im well unfit any ideas would be great

hi, i know how u feel, getting motivated is so hard.
only being able to do 15 mins on the cross trainer is a good place to start, and 100 cals is better than none at all.
try to add another min every time you use it and work your time up gradually. also if you have a wii playing the sports game is good for you and burns cals, the tennis is good for cals if you move around alot, and the baseball is good for tightening the tummy up abit. i lost 4 inches from my waste in 3 weeks playing it
