Can over all size be made smaller??????

Been to Transform today to see surgeon as want my boobs and nose doing. He has said he can change the tip and make it narrower down the bridge but can't make the projection (base to tip) any smaller so although it will be straigter and nicer, still large. Anyone had any experiences that could help as i struggle to believe this can't be done.

Hi.. im gutted u had no replys to ur question... i hav been for loads of consultations and ready to go for it but 1 surgeon said he wont do it and wouldnt even think about it! so cant get that out my head.. the thing is i havent got a bump on my nose i just dont like the size of it! but he said taking a bit off the bridge will just make mine turn up and not reduce the size at all.. other surgeon said he will do it and didnt mention any of this.. just dont no what to do!! Want it so much but very scared! Have u had your nose done yet??? x
