How much r u paying for rhinoplasty?

hi guys i want my nose done asap. Ive had consultations with loads of companies and am being quoted between 3.5k and 4k. (3.5 day case and 4k over night). I could save £500 but cos its my nose i want to stay overnight at the hospital. Are you ladies getting similar quotes or is there room for haggling? pls help..... xx

It included surgeon consultation.
Not having the op for another week yet.
