Anyone had a face lift with dr james mcdiarmid?

I am new to this forum and would love to hear from anyone who has had a successful facelift. I am 56 years old and ready for mine! I am also as scared as hell so choosing the right surgeon will help allay my fears. The above surgeon performs a midface lift with cheek implants which is what I need but I should like to know if anyone has used him. I would like to go the whole hog and have my jawline redefined but I'm not too keen on scars. I am aware some surgeons are better "tailors" and can place the incisions in ways as to make them almost invisible but it's finding the surgeon which is proving difficult. Is it a matter of cost? The more you pay the better the result? Love to hear from all the brave ones who have gone before and are happy with their results. Thank you so much and look forward to reading your comments.
