Had lipo on my legs yesterday

Hi
I just wanted to post something before I forget.
I have been reading this site for the last 3 weeks, wanting to learn more about what to expect about lipo and although I have learnt a lot and I want to thank you all for posting stuff, I also noticed that a lot of the post here were negative and some of the scared me a lot! So I wanted to post my results since so far I am very happy!

Yesterdat I had my thighs (inner and outer) and kneesdone with Dr Malik at the Harley Medical Group in London.
I went in at 7am, my sister in law was nice enough to come with me, I do recomend having someone with you, it is so valuable and helps you keep positive and not freak out!
Anyway got there at 7am, filled a couple of forms and then was shown to my room, from then from 7 to 8 about 3 different nurses came to my room to measure my blood presure, weight me, measure me, etc... one of them gave me a nice paper, blackless dress and some paper pants, looking great! and to top it up had to wear some knee hight white socks to improve my sitculation! Such a sexy look!
Then at 8am Dr Malik came and measured me, answered all the questions that I had (had written on a paper) draw on me and told me I was his first surgery.

Then about one hour later a nice nurse came to take me to the OR, this was a when I got nervous! Since I had to walk in! I dont know I imagined they would put me down in my room!
Got into the OR and the anesthetic guy came in injected me and said this will make you sleepy!... and that was it!
I woke up in the OR and felt my throught weird, they had intubated me during the procedure and it felt like I had a cold... and my legs felt like I had been training for the olympics, so I asked the nurse there to help me close them together because they felt very far appart.
They took me to my room and told me I needed to drink 3 lt of water and go to the loo two times before I could get discharged, so I started drinking up... when I finally went to the loo it was very hard to move my legs and get off the bed! It was painfull but as I said it felt like you REALLY over did it at the gym and someone punch you on your way out, painful? yes, but nothing too bad.
Anyway made my way to the loo only to realised that it was harder than I thought since I had to pee from a whole! hahahaha that was funny! but managed

At 5.30 I got discharged, after having breakfast (toast) and lunch (a chicken sandwich) they had to change my dressings so the entire thing had to come off, that I very challenging and a bit painful, but when it came out I was shocked! I can already see the difference! specially in the knee area! no brousing! just great!
I went home and sleep until 7am today!

I have been trying to walk around the house today, it is a bit painful but I am very happy with the results so far, and I am sure this is not it yet!

Anyway just wanted to let you know for all you outthere who are thinking about it, to look around, invetsigate and find your right doctor, but at the end of the day keep positive! there are good doctors outthere and the results are also good!

Good luck!

Thanks for your post! I'm getting my knees vaser'd with Dr Bassi at Selston tomorrow so was particuarly glad that you are liking what you can see with yours straight! Hope your recovery goes well, I'll keep you posted with how procedure goes! xxx

Knees

Please do!
Pain is very minimal but my knee area got a bit big yesterday so I called my Dr and he said this was normal and to try to keep my legs elevated when I am at work, so today I brought a pillow to put over a box under my desk.
Good luck!
