Vaser with dr bassi (2)

Well it's almost 48 hours since I had Vaser to my inner thighs/knees with Dr Bassi (and of course his fantastic nurse Mags).

I have to say that although slightly more uncomfortable during the procedure than with my outer thighs (see other post), it was fine. An added bonus is that two days in and I am finding that my having my inner thighs done is not as restrictive as I though it would be and I feel more mobile and able than with outer thighs (although even then it wasn't so bad and I still managed to to loads).

I have not needed any pain relief this time around (although last time I only had pain killers once). Leakage seems a lot less this time too

So far I am extremely happy and have already booked to have my third procedure (although this wont be for a couple of months yet). Obviously I haven't seen the results just yet as still padded up for the next week but will update soon on how it is all going

Vaser

I had Vaser in mid-July and I have to say that the procedure was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. It is most definitely not painfree.

I leaked for about three days afterwards which was gross. I had Vaser done on my flanks (lovehandles) and thought I would be pretty much back to normal after a couple of days. I am still in mega pain although it is getting better and have had to go to the doctor's to get prescription painkillers as the stuff you can buy over the counter was not cutting it.

I am happy with it so far but wish that they had stressed how much pain I would be in as this is clouding my happiness with the result.

Could anyone who has had this procedure let me know how long the numbness in the area lasts for? I'm going on holiday at the end of August and hoping that I'll pretty much be 100% better by then. Any tips and info would be gratefully received! xxx

Hi ronnie,

read your experience and i hate to say it but it made me feel good as i had vaser on upper arms last week and like you i do not feel that thia ia a lunchtime procedure!! I am not in so much pain now but still in a bit of pain i feel quite stiff and dizzy when i remove the pads am going to return to work tomorrow but no where near 100% ,just praying the results are worth it! how is your result now and i hope the holiday went well and your finally pain free. did wearing the pads hurt you? it's killing me and cant wait to be rid of them.

Pain/numbness etc

Sorry to hear you are experiencing/have experienced so much pain with your Vaser. I think how much pain you are in after Vaser is very individual. I found that I was more aware of stiffness than pain after my vaser procedures. Another person I have spoken to on here hardly experienced any pain afterwards.

Although that won't help you hopefull being able to tell you that the numbness/lumpyness had def' gone by the time I had my second procedure (around 7-8 weeks). It is now 3 weeks after my inner thighs/knees were doen and they are feeling 'fine'. A little lumpy when massaging them (and smothering them in Bio oil) but I know form my outer thighs that this WILL go soon.

A month or so after your procedure may be a little soon to hope to be feeling 100% in my experience but you should def' be feeling a LOT better

Hope it all works out for you
