All the way from the middle-east for vaser with dr. bassi

Three weeks ago, I travelled all the way from the Middle-East to Selston Clinic to have Vaser Lipo done on my arms and tummy by Dr Bassi. I was pretty unsure about the whole thing due to a previous very bad experience with lipo I had done- in Thailand (WRONG DECISION!!!!!)! My nerves eventually subsided when I was made very welcome by both Dr Bassi and his fantastic assistant Mags. The procedure and outcome were thoroughly explained to me and I felt really confident and relaxed going into surgery.
I was fine throughout the procedure and was chatting away through it, and many times I was asked by Dr Bassi and Mags if I was ok. After both surgeries I was a little light headed and groggy from the anaesthesia but that soon resolved after having a good sleep. Pain wise, I did need OTC painkillers for a few days, but was soon out the house hitting the high street. I even spent a whole day in the Metro Centre in Newcastle 2 days after surgery to my tummy!
This is my third week after both surgeries and I have to say I am already very happy with the outcome and so excited to see the final results! Honestly speaking, I would definitely do it again. Thanks to Dr Bassi, I am much more confident about my body already!

take care Jane

Hello there

Hey... well, honestly speaking, my arms look so much better than they did . The left arm is still a tiny bit lumpy which is normal and will smooth out. (only I can see the lump, husband cant!) and my upper body looks alot less rounded, if you know what I mean. I was really nervous as well but Dr Bassi and Mags were so nice and made me feel at ease before and during the procedure. Pain wise, I felt a little prick when I was given the anaesthetic and in some areas a bit of a sting but the procedure itself wasnt bad at all...more uncomfortable than Painful. I took co-codamol on/off for a week after the procedure only coz I felt like I had been working my arms out for hours.
After the procedure Dr Bassi sat with me and put down a list of DO's and DONT'S to follow and answered all my questions. I am sure he'll do the same for you. Some of the advice was how long to wear the garment for (8 weeks in total by the wayl!!), when to exercise, not to have NSAIDS ( Ibuprofen, aspirin.. etc), how long to massage for, results and so on. I booked myself in for Lymphatic Drainage Massage and found it VERY helpful in reducing the swelling.
I will put on some 'after' pics on here for you to see (the 'before' ones are with Dr Bassi and your more than welcome to ask him to show you them). I am really happy with the results so far, infact I am going back to get more areas done in Nov! Hope I've helped! Take care x

Hi mrs t ,

I'm copying off you, i've also booked for lympatic drainage massage, how many sessions do you need did Dr bassi say? apparently it helps with swelling and healing, gosh cannot wait to reduce my batwings then maybe abs need doing!!OMG IS THIS ADDICTIVE?i soooooooooooo appreciate your help many many thanks

Hey

sorry for the delayed relpy, been a busy bee.. It is addictive, I've already had my arms and tum done and going back for more!! I had 6 lymphatic drainage sessions done and actually lost 4 pounds too! it really helps. I dont think you need more than 6-8 sessions... and plenty of rest. I was origianlly gonna go for an arm lift (where they make an incesion 6 inches on the inside of the arm!!!!!) but when Dr Bassi talked about vaser and how it helps with skin tightening I was sold. SO glad I never went for the arm lift. Defo should meet in Nov, where do you live? pics are on for you to have a look at. Wishing you all the best and let me know how you get on x
