Skin tightening after vaser

Does anyone have experience of the skin tightening after vaser under the chin?

And is there a difference between the tightening of the skin under normal dietary weightloss as apposed to rapid tightening following Vaser?

I don't have much to remove and my overall bodyfat is 12% (male) but should I be concerned that skin will sag at all?
