rather late! but i have started today! i think the drink tastes rather nice. i'm only doing it till friday lunch time as I have a wedding on the weekend in exeter (i live in surrey).

Hiya. I really need to lose some weight quickly. I have bought the syrup, made up one batch then threw it all away..... perhaps it maybe easier if i could do it with someone. have you started it yet? I also want to lose 20lbs. Les
