Sharing weight loss progress every sunday
Hi friends,
I am 24 and aiming to loose 20kgs of weight, this isn't the first time that I am set off to loose weight(I fell off track halfway through, may be because of no encouragement and frankly speaking, its boring doing it alone). Looking for ppl who have experienced the same thing and are determined to loose weight gradually by mutual support
Once a week(say Sunday) we could share our weight loss progress, even if it is 0.5 kgs or none at all, related mood swings, if we controlled any foodyy temptations .. all of the past week and further encourage & inspire each other.
