Stick with lighter life or change to cambridge?
Hi all, am currently on wk3 of LL and starting to find it pretty boring. Have a holiday booked in 9wks time and so really want to keep on track, but am unsure about whether to stick with LL or maybe change to CD. From what I ahve seen on the board they seem to be made by the same place but CD is half the price with more choice of flavours. Can anyone give me some thoughts please? I am on this with my hubby and he works away most of the time so is finding it hard to get to meetings and, to be honest, we both know why we're fat - putting too much food in our mouths - we knew that when we started, so am not sure how much the counselling will help us at LL. CD also seems to be a bit more flexible but I don't want to make the change without canvassing some opinion. Thanks guys, and good luck to everyone currently on their own dieting journey x
