Diagnostic lapropscopy and endometriosis

Hi

I am 22, I was in hospital last week and during my lapropscopy they discovered some endometriosis on my ovaries etc. Although they have burnt it away and the operation was a week ago, I am still in pain and still feeling tired, emotional and lightheaded. Has anyone else felt this a week after the operation?

I also got the mirena put inside me to help stop the endometriosis coming back and I wonder if this also has got to do with the problem of why I am feeling the way I do?

Please, any advice or just to know I'm not the only one who feels like this would help
