Nose bleeds

Ever since i can remember i no my period is comming when i get cramps in my tummy but i changed my pill last year and ever since i did i no its comming when i get a nose bleed. they start a few hours beforw my period comes and last until it goes. Its not running blood, it builds up inside my nose. Has anyone ever had this or no if it anything to worrie about?
