Most reccomended towel for girls with super heavy periods?

I switched from the implanon implant to the IUD (coil) last year due to many reasons; one of which being my periods were unpredictable and mae me feel so drowsy. Anyway, now that problem has cleared up and my periods are regular, however one of the most common side effects of the coil is... EXTREMELY heavy periods. I use Tampax compaq super plus tampons at the moment because no towel is strong enough, and I end up spending a fortune on them cos I have to change them almost every hour.

So my question is this:
Does anybody know of or can reccomend a cost effective towel which is super absorbent? I'd prefer with wings but any reccomendations are better than none.
