Urgent divorce query- help needed!!!

Hi All,

I have a question that I needed to clarify. I have filed for a Divorce based on Unreasonable Behaviour... My X 2 B has signed and agreed to the divorce as well. There are no kids and no money so its petty straightforward. I was wondering if the Judge can refuse to grant a NISI just because he thinks that the reasons are not good enough.I admit that I didnt blast my X on the petition else she wouldnt have signed it. I gave reasons like:
- No Social Life
- She clamps up so no communication
- Religious and Culture differences
- No physical relationship due to the stress
- her sending me nasty texts and emails and always taunting me.
Does any one have any idea if a judge can refuse a NISI if he thinks the reasons are not stronh enough, even if both parties agree to it.
