Does anyone understand a man - help

I have started seeing my ex from 3 years ago... We go out, do all sorts of nice stuff and have a great time. Lots of holding hands - but no kissing etc.....If I cuddle him he seems fine, does not pull away all anything.
What is going on.....HELP HELP
