Friendship after one night stands

Is it possible to be friends? We're both in relationships now and happen to live in the same city, and he's been calling saying it's a shame we haven't time to see each other, meet up etc etc. I'm just not sure if it wouldn't be really weird. Anyone else had similar experiences, and are you still friends?

Where you friends before?
It happen to me, we where so close.It has never been the same we still see each other because the famliys are friends but its always there in the back ground
I thought no-one known, but than I found out he told his brother, so his brother was weird to as well. We are friends but like I said its never the same. I hope if you do decide to do it you can be and it works out for you.
