Female ejaculation and the g-spot
Like men, some woman ejaculate during sex. Girl-sqirting has been linked to the stimulation of the urethral sponge (G-Spot)which, when it fills with blood, causes paraurethral glands to fill with fluid. It's this fluid which leaks, pours or spurts from our urethras when we ejaculate. And the better our pelvic muscle tone, particularly the pubococcygeus (PC)muscle, the more likely it is to happen. The sensations women feel before and during ejaculation are often felt through the entire body and are described as "intense, deep and ripply." They're often accompanied by gals feeling as though the need to pee. This is because of urethral sponge stimulation but never fear---you won't actually pee the bed when you squirt. If you're super-worried about it, just make sure you go before you start having sex.
