Hey this happens with me, I cannot multiple orgasm on my own like you say, gets too sensitive, but when i'm with my boyf and we're having sex I can multiple orgasm then.

I don't think you can pee during sex I've tried so i wouldn't be to concerned about peeing your self. And I find it hard to multiple orgasim myself on my own but i do find when i am with my partner he can make me multiply orgasim which I love so I never stop him.
