Can't have sex due to constant vaginal sores!!!
I have been with my boyfriend for six months now. When we started having sex, it was great! We were so into it, we'd have sex about twice a week.
After December, I started getting terrible sores inside me. It's so painful, it became unbearable to have sex. I went to my gynecologist, and she diagnosed me for Bacterial Vaginosis. She gave me pills, and after the pills I was feeling better. Sex was back to normal.
A week after having sex, I was back on the major pain in my abdomen. Sex was unbearable once again! I went to a gynecologist near my college, and she checked me for STD's. I came out clean and she told me I had a mild case of bacterial vaginosis. But she told me to leave it alone, and keep cleansing my area with warm water. Of course THAT did NOT work!
Now my boyfriend and myself were frustrated! I went back home for the weekend , and made a new appointment with a new gynecologist. She, once again, diagnosed me with a yeast infection. She gave me medication, told me to use only water-based lubes, and once again after all that sex was accomplished. A week after the sex, it was back to the same old pain! Sex feels like a needle scraping on the walls of my vagina!!!!
I want my normal sex-life back!! I have been so depressed over this, and I don't know what to do!! I'm calling my original gynecologist and I'm going to tell her what's goin' on. But this has been happening for three months now, and I am getting extremely agitated!
What should I do?? Has anyone gone through this before??
