Lost virginity?

Hi everybody!

I've been reading through this forum for a while and I found a lot of kind people answering questions to others and I hope that somebody can help me answering mine

So, even though I'm pretty good educated about sex, I'm confused about something.
I've had boyfriends before, but I never had sex with either of them, because I wasn't ready and I wanted to wait. Currently I'm single and my friend bought me a vibe a few weeks ago and told me to have fun with it until I find myself a man. So I haven't thought about it for a while, but yesterday nobody was home and I decided to try it out. So, there is were my confusion is... I used it and now I'm not really sure if I can still name myself a virgin or if I can't ,because penetration took place.

I would be really greatful for a sincere answers.

I totally agree with louise. But breaking of hymen is just one aspect of losing virginity which can break while playing or any accidents. You are a pure virgin till you get some "real" penetration. Whatever you did was just self-pleasure or say "masturbation" which is far far away from losing virginity so just relax and enjoy your "single" time.
