Black eye liner ??

Does anyone know of a black water proof eyeliner that does what i says??? i have tried a loreal one ..and a ghosh one both didnt stay an example when to the fair after first ride with the ghosh one ..it didnt just smudge ..it was all over the place ..looked scarey..lol

Revlon

I use a Revlon color stay eye pencil thing. It's a retracable liner which i've found stays better then the average kohl pencil, especially on the water line!
Another tip i would suggest is dusting a light power or eyeshadow on your lid, or under your eye before you apply the pencil so it acts as a primer :]

I do Black eyeliner and mascara By Blinc this is a different formula totally waterproof and smudge proof you remove it with warm water makeup remover will not. voted no 1 marie clare .

Eyeliner.

there isnt really a pencil eyeliner that wont smudge, but i recommend that you do this:
if you apply your pencil eyeliner as normal and then use a liquid eyeliner slightly over the top, dab the brush on something so it hasnt got too much liquid eyeliner on though, this works well and will stay on.

this is what i do aswell and it works great without leaving such a harsh solid line that you would get from just using a liquid liner
