Face primers

Hi there. The gosh face primer is fab. It make your skin look lovely and your make up goes on really smoothly. It's a clear gel formula and it's better than smashbox. I'm addicted.

Must have!

Eyeko!! I love their products and their 3 in 1 cream is soooooo heavenly! it works as a primer, highlighter and moisteriser. if you have oily skin it doesnt make it greasy and if you have dry skin it just makes it really soft and smooth. it only costs you a fiver, theres a code which you can type in at check out which will get you a free eyeko gift as well. which is..... E1323

With this product i usally dont need a foundation and i am happy to just walk out in this! but it does look great with foundation also.

My opinion

I would say either Laura mercier or Inika (which makes you skin velvety smooth so foundation glides on and stays on).

Hi

Avon magic face perfector works as well if not better than 'primetime, smashbox, Laura Gellar, and Laura Mercer. It's about $9.00. Be sure to let it set up for a minute before foundation.

Buy

Gale Hyman!!

£24 in the shops, around £12 including postage and package from ebay.

Its like putting silk on your face, best make up product I have ever come across!

Laura mercier

It's pricey (£27) but it was the first primer to be developed (1999 i think it was) and it is used by so many make-up artists. it lasts a longgg time, a little goes and long way and it doesn't leave your skin sticky or tight, just smooth
There are several different types e.g. hydrating (i think it's called) i use the oil free one as i have oily skin. go into harvey nichols to the Laura Mercier counter, they're dead friendly and helpful and just ask them which they would recommend for your skin type.

Hope this help!!

..

SmashBox is my fav, although the pump breaks after the bottle is half full and you end up sitting there trying to scrape bits out, but the actual Primer is excellent. Some of my friends however said it made them break out.

Face primer

i do makeup in my job i recomed channel very pricey but its worth it a little goes along way makes your makeup last the whole day and also gives a lovely glow to your skin

Face primer

Hi there, I have tried a couple of primers. The best I have found was 'Smashbox' Photo Finish with SPF15. It made a real difference to the surface of my skin.

Another good one is Laura Gellar 'Spackle' Primer.

They are both available from QVCuk.com they have a 30 day money back guarantee so you can try them and send them back if they are no good.. YES, used cosmetics can be returned for a refund! Amazing!

Hi

hiyah,
I just put some oil free moisturiser on and mine, stays on all night?,i find the ultima foundations great!?
