I have very clear, smooth skin without makeup. But for some reason, when I put make up on, my face doesn't look smooth. Could it be the type of lotion I use under my make up? Please help me!

When you say that your face doesn't look smooth do you mean that the foundation cakes or clumps? Or do you mean that you face looks flaky? Or something else?
