Yes you are certainly right it is a problem for most of us! The best advice though is keeping fit - good diet etc...but we all know that lol! Anyway I will get to the point my friend bought a Laser Lift last year (which is an anti ageing treatment using laser) it is quite expensive about £80. But it also treats stretch marks. She let me borrow it and I have been using it whenever I get 10mins every day for the last couple of months...good friend eh!!! I have had great results! I know its a massive problem for many if not most of us, and I know theres a lot of stuff out there to deal with it, but can anyone recommend anything that gets rid of cellulite, that actually works???? especially on thighs Mines getting worse and worse each year no matter what I do it sticks to me like glue! I need help desperately, Im so paranoid I havent undressed in front of my husband for ages, I feel so ashamed. i dont want to have surgery i am not that brave! if you know of any painless soulutions please let me know.

U have to drink lots a water daily to flush the toxins out of ur body, cut down on saturated fats (processed fatty foods) its quite impossible to cut them out totally i dont care what anyone says! lol and exercise a few times a week try toning exercise like aerobics, there is no point in exercising and not changing ur diet or drinking plenty of water..

but dont let it get u down too much most women have it! xxxx
