i know exactly how you feel!!

i have a set of 3 year old twins and let me tell you that ruined my tummy.

im also a size 8 5ft 4ins and 7st 10oz.

i have a lot of excess skin on my tummy where it has all stretched and not gone back due to the fact of carrying a 6lb and 5lb 3oz baby plus 2 placentas and all the fluid.

i have been to see a plastic surgeon and was told the only way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck....the muscle running down the centre of my tummy has never gone back and it wont with exercise.

tummy tuck is one scar hip to hip. they cut across lift up the skin and sew the muscle underneath back together tightly,
then pull down the skin, cut of the excess, re-position the belly button and sew you up.

you will have one scar similar to that of a c-section and it is very low(below your knickers).

this is in the region of about 7k.

why not pop to your local docs and see if they advise anything? or go for a free cons with a PS?

I HAVE SUCH DISCUSTING SCARS FROM PREGNANCY. I HAVE HAD 3 CHILDREN. 12 YEARS AGO. I FEEL MY STOMACHE & TOP OF MY LEGS LOOK LIKE I HAVE GONE THROUGH A CAR WINSCREAN ON MY TUMMY !!

IF I HOLD MY TUMMY IN, ITS LIKE STOCKINGS HAVE GONE SAGGY ? IM NOT FAT IM ONLY A SIZE 8. WEIGHT 8STONE & 5FT 5. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO GET RID OF THEM SO LONG AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN THERE.
OR DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TUMMY TUCK TO PULL THE SKIN TIGHTER TO GET RID OF THEM. DO I HAVE TO HAVE ONE LARGE SCAR RIGHT ACCROS MY TUMMY OR LOADS OF THEM ALL OVER?

ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, BECAUSE I HATE ME !!!

Have you tried any creams, some of them are really good. Going to your doctor and chatting it through with them may help

Yes I have the same problem and never thought anyone else could feel this way!! I know exactly how you feel!
I have tried everything! I'm 5ft8 and size 10 but stomach is disgusting after having twin boys (8lb 7oz and 8lb 4oz)!!! No one understands as I have been very good at hiding it
I have been for consultations with plastic surgeons (that's why I joined here) and am hoping to have a tummy tuck in Spring. It's not cheap but it will be worth it if it means feeling better! Yes the tummy tuck does leave a scar, but this is covered by bikini bottoms or pants and fades with time.
I wish there was a magic cream or exercise but there isn't so I think this is the only option for me.
Try not be so hard on you tho it always seems worse to yourself.
