Do it!!
I first saw the results on my friend who casually announced "im doing this thing, where you do stretches and it jiggles you" I just thought it was a fad (cos the sessions can be quite pricey). Its about a month later, I hadn't seen her for a month after being away and she has lost a whole dress size and is uber toned!! She has been living very healthy aswell - cutting out wheat and eating loads of veg and doing other cardio sessions in the gym. But you don't get those results from cardio alone. She had worse cellulite than me before, very lumpy and now I am the lumpy one!! I had no idea mine was so bad till I saw her new, smoother rear!! Not gone completely by any stretch but a MASSIVE improvement. Only when she clenches her bum you can see it, otherwise its completely smooth!! Needless to say I am going to be getting me some powerplate sessions ASAP!!!
You just go through some basic stretches on it apparently, and it feels really weird, oh and another thing, she says she feels her posture is better, like her core muscles are stronger. Nothing but good things really!! I think you must feel a bit of a nonce on it though - I know my stomach would be wobbling all over the place like a water bed!!!
