Hi Girls,
Can anyone recommend home treatments for cellulite? I can't afford to spend a fortune on salon treatments.
Would appreciate any advice.
Thanks

Have you read anything about Hypoxitherapy which Cheryl Cole claims is responsible for her lack of cellulite? Im hoping to start soon but trying to do some research on it first. Has anyone heard or even used this system?

Hello ...hope I not to late with my advice, but have you tried natural cosmetics? I could advice you one of my recently discoveries which really powerful and especially that made from flowers and free from chemicals. How I fight with my enemy? I am using a contrast shower, massage brush and wrapping myself into cling film @night with all 3 Flower Attack products. Visit Special Care department @ www.minte.co.uk and you will find a full range of cellulite care products.Think they could help you, too.

Hi Tinkerbell, help is at hand!!
I discovered this cure for cellulite quite by accident and was so thrilled with my own results I built a website about it, here's the shortened version!
It's not a pill you take 3 times a day but it is 3 things...
1. Take serious action. (yes this means exercise) 2. Common sense but delicious eating. (you still get choc) 3. Be consistent.(exercise at least 5 times a week).
There are three elements to the exercise part of the solution...
Raising your heart rate. (increases fat burn) Working your muscles. (increases fat burn and tones muscles) Alternating these two things. (Fsntastic results!!)
The 'raising your heart rate' involves jogging on the spot, building up over a minute to the point where you're panting and then sprint for the last 20 secs.
The whole time you're jogging, hold your stomach in, tense your arm muscles, clench your fists and tense your chest - whew - sounds tricky but it isn't. Your body will think you've done 30 minutes of upper body exercises!! This alone will kick your fat loss into high gear.
You repeat this pattern 3 times, so... Jog (Increase fat burn) Exercise (Increase fat burn and tone) Jog Exercise Jog Exercise
Jog for a minute until you're panting really hard, now take a deep breath and start your exercise.
The 'Exercise' part involves working both the upper and lower part of your body.
The best lower body exercise is the hip-thrust, this involves lying on your back, knees raised and feet flat on the ground. Raise your hips and hold for 2 secs, then lower. You can make it harder by holding one leg up while you do it, I haven't found anything better than this for lower body.
Once you've done 20 reps of the hip-thrust, move on and do the very best upper body exercise for girls, which is the 'on your knees' press-up. This works the whole upper body. Once you're done at least 20, (you might need to rest in between but get 20 done), then return to the jogging.
OK, here's five eating tips that are easy, easy, easy and they'll have a spectacular effect on your body...
1. None, or at least minimise processed food or take-away foods. 2. 4 small meals a day, and no large evening meal. 3. If you must have a sweet snack at night try 4 squares of high cocoa (60%) chocolate rather than cookies. It satisfies your sweet tooth, and is good for you (anti-oxidants). 4. Try to eat 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat, avoid spreads that have trans-fat or hydrogenated on the label. 5. Drink plenty of water and green tea.
Now that's not hard is it?
Last tip - take a photo of your cellulite now and look at it when you're tempted to break the rules.
You can see my before and after pics on my website if you're brave enough.
Good luck!!
