Anyone had laser stretch mark removal at sk;n clinics?? does it really work?

Hi I am 26 years old and have horrible strecth marks on my breasts from 3 pregnancys and breast feeding.
I have tried just about everything including Bio Oil and cocoa butter (did nothing but make my skin softer)
Also I have tried Derma rollers whish seemed to puff them up a bit but after a few days of not using they just went back to normal.
I have made an appointment at sk;n clinic for a free consultation on laser stretch mark removal which says it will get rid of the red newest ones and dramaticly fade the older silvery ones.
As I have just had a baby last year there are a lot of newer thicker ones which go dark in certain light, and bright red ones, as well as older silvery ones.
I wanted to know if there is anyone on here that has had laser surgery to remove stretch marks from thier breasts or anywhere else that can tell me if it works?
It is really getting me down as you can see the marks from above quite high cut tops so I have hardly anything to wear.
Thank you very much xxx

I thought oils can really remove stretch marks...or do you need to apply them continuously until the stretch marks are gone to prevent them from coming back?

Hi

I think the oils etc can prevent stretchmarks by making the skin more elastic to prevent tearing but its too late for that, I did use Bio oil and cocoa butter when I was pregnant but it didn't work for me, it depends on your skin type I guess.
And as for applying oils /creams onto stretch marks they say they reduce the appearence of them but again it hasnt for me, or if it has it is bearly noticable.
