Creams to prevent stretchmarks??

Hey ladies, I've just had my boos enlarged and am currently worrying about getting stretchmarks on them. A few people have suggested cocoa butter, has this got a special ingredient that makes it different to normal moisturisers as i have always moisturised morning and night but am so worried about ruining my new boobs

Any experiences with this???
