laser stretch mark removal -my last resort...!

Hi everyone.
For a few years I have hated my stretch marks on my breasts and have tried everything from Bio Oil, Cocoa butter to creams and Derma rollers. As I suspected none of them really work!
So after my 3rd baby and a few months of earning brand new spanking stretch marks due to breast feeding I have fdecided to go for it and have laser stretch mark removal.
I know it's expensive but I've alreadt spent enough on crappy creams and awful painful needles to have had about 2-3 sessions, should have gone for iot in the first place but there you go.
Anyway I had my first appointment today with sk;n clinic (free consultation)
The nurse was lovely and told me although my stretch marks would never totally vanish she is confident the laser will dramaticly reduce them which is definately good enough for me!!
She said the fresh ones (which still have colour in them) would respond the best.
While I was there she told me I'd first need to do a test patch to make sure my skin can take the laser fine, and that I don't have a reaction or anything, the price of this was £65, and when she offered to do it while I was there I thought why not? Ive spent that much on creams that did nothing!
So I was taken into the 'laser room, kitted up with goggles and laid with my top off on the bed.
To my surprise it didn't even hurt one bit, just felt like a fly landing on my chest and jumping about lol.
She did my worst stretch mark and 5 others on the same breast.
Within seconds they were bright red but no discomfort or anything!
Now (8 hours later) they are BRIGHT red but still not sore can touch them and no pain at all.
I have booked in for the first real session in a couple of weeks where I am planning on buying a block course of 3 sessions which comes to just under £300 (1 session alone is usually £119 so saving a bit)
Anyone had this done before and what were the results?

Re.laser stretch mark removal -my last resort...!

hey Queenyv,

I haven't done it yet but I am considering doing it.I too went for consultation couple of months ago.I assume you are doing the Fraxel Laser.I heard there are 2 types of Fraxel, one is which usually works for scars(Deep Fraxel) for some small area is almost around $1000 a session but its very effective on any type of scar
and I guess on stretch marks too since they are some type of dermis scars.

please let me know how your treatment is going.

thx
