Has anyone tried trilastin cream?? does it work seems to be only available in the us?

Hi all,
I have horrible stretchmarks going from above my belly button down to my groin but over the years i have just got used to them and they have faded a lot. I have allways hated then but thought that those were the cards ive been dealt. However i have seen an advert for a cream called trilastin - appeared on the tyra banks show and it allegedly makes a dramatic improvement.

It is not available in the uk but u can order from the us but seems to be around £75 with postage. Have any of you tried this and has it worked??? It wud be great to hear your stories? xxxxxxxxx thanks clare x
