I have the answer

hey. iv suffered with light acne for years and literly tried every product and tablet the doctors given me. but lately i have found the answer. and its is.......quinoderm. which is benzol peroxid. you can get it in strenghts of 5% and 10% i would recommend 10% as an immediate cure (but be warned it is very drying in the 10%) and 5% is you have a week. both are slightly drying but nothing a good moisturisor will cure.

so cleanse, moisturise and plenty of quinoderm b4 bed. if you want it to work quink use it in morning too!
it worked for me and iv used everything. so good luck.

Aspirin and honey mask!!

Hi There,
Im 38 and still have the odd skin problem and since my teens Ive tried anything and everything from the cheap to expensive,at the moment Im living abroad and through browsing I came across aspirin and honey face mask.Aspirin contains salicylic acid(which alot of skincare products have in them), a beta hydroxy acid that helps to slough off dead cells and clear clogged pores and reduce production of skin oil. This mask makes great use of aspirin's skin-clearing abilities as well as honey's moisturizing effect.

Please google it and read some of the many sites, its really easy to do and makes the skin glow aswell as heal.I have been back to the uk recently for an op and shopped around when I could get a lift to different supermarkets and if your close to a morrisons I can highly recommend there own, after acouple of drops of water and afew mins they break up lovely, added with abit of honey and it makes a great paste!

Worth a try and its really cheap!
