Try dr newmans clinic

www.drnewmansclinic.co.uk i have been suffering from spots and redness for 20 years and have been given all types of tablets and gels, I went to Mr Newmans Clinicabout 3 months ago my redness and spots are about 80%+ better and i am due to have the Veinwave treatment for small veins which are left in the next few weeks woohoo!! the whole thing has cost £525 which has been a small price to pay after waiting 20 yrs x

Acne rosacia

I can get bouts of Rosacia and I swear by Dr Weil Mega Mushroom serum. It's a chemical free anti redness range that treats inflamatory conditions such as Acne Rosacia. Made from mushrooms, ginger, tumeric and basil. I noticed a difference straight away. Defo give this a try!

Rosacia

Hi
I drink aloe vera juice with manuka honey from health food shops.
Works an absolute treat.

Rosacea

Hi Ladyh,

Not sure whether you did get some replies here already. I can only share my experience with Rosacea from which I suffer since 2004. I use metronidazole gel. Not the cream, the cream is not hydrating enough for most people. I let the gel dry before I apply my moisturizer. What kind of moisturizer you need depends on your skintype, but many who suffer from Rosacea have dehydrated and sensitive skin. I personally use products by Clarins and Ren for dehydrated and sensitive skin. And occasionally Lancome because they have a lotion with salicylic acid. Don't go overboard with that because it dehydrates the skin. I only use it the first day when I have a flare up. It definitely calms down the skin. Probably other lotions with salicylic acid will do too.
I can also recommend the book " Rosacea, your self-help guide"by Browstein and Shoemaker. Which helped me identifying my triggers.
Hope this is of any help to you.
