Dark circles- help plz

My younger sister is 19 and and has suffered from Dark Circles since a young age, I'm not sure whether this is due to a genetic thing or her diet. Does anyone recommend any creams or treatment she can undertake??

i've always got really puffy dark eyes, especially in the morning. By chance i came across Anatomicals eye gel, its v.cheap and works a treat at soothing and de-puffying my eyes!

Re dark circles

On recommendation by a friend, I have recently tried a new product which I bought on-line, called Eye Slices Verve. They are like large cucumber slices but, unlike fresh cucumber which I have tried, these really do work for me. I find them really cooling and my dark circles are diminishing all the time. Definitely worth looking at.

Try a roller

I know of a couple of creams that work, but also try skin needling, you can get small rollers which stimulate the skin and natural collegan. i think I have read somewhere that dark circles can be due to blood circulation and therefore the roller helps stimulate that too and reduces the darkness. Give Selston Clinic a ring I think they post out and offer advice.
