Shiny nose

my daughter has a very shiny nose, shes tried cleansing and toning, but doesnt help, any ideas

She could try de-shing face powder (rimmel do a good one) it is a matt compact which you apply after your foundation. I would suggest carrying the powder with her and re-powder when needed.

You dont say how old she is so if she is too young for make up you could try talc. It will help absorb the oily shine.

Good product for oily/shiny skin..

I've been using oc8 for the past 2 years (I'm 24) and have found it the best product for instantly mattifying skin. It also keeps shine away for the longest of anything I've tried - and believe me I've tried them all!! I'd just like to add I am in no way related to this product, i just find it to be effective.

You have to buy it online as boots no longer stock it. Costs about £9, but lasts ages.

I'd also say, don't over cleanse the skin or use anything harsh, as it will only make it worse. Use really gentle products that won't aggravate the skin.
